It is Mexican beer, better than Bud but fairly unimpressive. Not very heavy, would wash down the peppers well though. Good for boiling sausages though.

32 oz. bottle at home with some home made Thai papaya salad. Yum. It pours a brilliantly clear light gold color with a decent white head. The aroma is lightly flowery with some sulfer and old, musty malts. Light corn sweetness. The flavor has creamed corn, noticeable floral hops and a medium sweet finish. No DMS or plastic flavors. Pretty drinkable actually.

Light grain malt aroma. Golden colored body with a faint haziness. head disappears quickly. Grainy corn malt taste. Clean but awkward tasting.

Pours a pale gold with a short white head. It has a mild malt aroma with a flavor of light malt and a crisp finish over a light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One word sums it up: boring. Corn and sugar aroma. Quickly goes flat. Taste is mostly water with some metallic finish. Non-offensive.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a golden amber color with a small fizzy white head. The head fades almost instantly leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma of the beer is mostly of a bready and crackery smell with a bit of a grainy smell. Along with these smells are some light papery smells and a little bit of grass. Taste – The taste begins with a very light bready flavor with a little bit of caramel and corny sweetness. As the taste advances the sweeter flavors fade, bringing a more cracker like flavor to the bready taste. All the while, a little bit of grass and earth as well as a papery taste all come to the tongue, leaving one with a rather dry and crisp, but slightly off, lager flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very thin with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the crisp and lighter flavors of the brew the feel is quite appropriate and makes for a more refreshing summer style beer. Overall – Ah… Nothing all that spectacular here. It is pretty much a sub-standard lager, that while light and crisp, really does not have the most palatable flavor profile.

Not sure where or how I stumbled upon this beer. Either way, it felt like a fun choice for a Friday morning beer. 12 oz bottle poured. Transparent tinted gold color with a corn aroma. Creamy body to it, a little thicker than it’s competition. Other than that, flavor is pretty empty. Absent finish. I suppose it’s somewhat refreshing, as it has it’s ice water similarities. I’m not offended by this.

Carta Blanca is yellow water. It is so bland it is essentially neutral. There is the slightest hint of grain and a velvety smooth finish. Maybe it pairs well with spicy foods, but it is too thin to be a stand-alone drink.

a just passable pale lager...ok cold and/or with food, otherwise typical pee pee water. There’s worse out there, though.

Had some cans of this in Costa Rica. I think they were 12oz but perhaps 340ml. ANYWAY, nothing too exciting to report. Poured a clear yellow with thin head that disappears quickly. aroma of grass and hay. no hops. taste.... well it’s refreshing in hot weather and nothing more. not offensive and better than Imperial.

Not awful but certainly not good! Pours a hazy gold w/ a big white head. The aroma is bready, malty, & has nearly a weird sour note to it. The taste unfortunately isn’t nearly as complex. It’s pretty clean & uninteresting while being slightly thin on the palate. Pale lager ehh.
