UPDATED: JAN 31, 2007 1. Cask Stillage at the Pacific Road Arts Centre, Birkenhead 23/10/2003 Clear golden with some fruitiness. Slightly dry smooth malt finish. 2. Cask Stillage on the bar at the Cask & Cutler, Sheffield 17/11/2006 Fruity aroma. Mid brown coloured very fruity and earthy flavoured. A little sour. Dry slightly bitter finish.
