Sampled at the 5th Montana Beer Fest. Hazed amber. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, caramel. Taste is also more hop forward but not extremely bitter or boozy, still a good malty body. Something in my notes looks like "cratall". Not sure what that is supposed to be.

Bottle @ Pinball. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty dark fruit and caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit and caramel finish.

bottle. cloudy orange, small white head. aroma is flowery, caramlelly, slightly spicy. Flavor is hoppy, spicy, malty, hoppy bitter.

Bottle at Pinball’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Ok bitterness, fruity, barley, caramel, nice balance, spicy, herbal notes, exotic/tropical fruits. Nice.

Light unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, light leather - grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111216]

Sample from 65 cl. bottle. Hazy amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and has notes of citrus and exotic fruits. Medium sweet taste with fruits and spices. Full body with a bitter long lasting, hoppy finish. Unusual barley wine.

Bottle at pinball. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, cat urine, citrus and grass. Fruity flavour of hops, caramel, grass and pine needles. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. fluffy beige head. aroma of herbs, pine, fruits, spice. flavour of sweetness, ripe fruits, loads of herbs and flowers. some grape. medium to full bodied. ends on a fruity and grapy bitterness.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Very interesting aroma of citrusy hops and tropical fruits. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, heavy on the tropical notes, quite spicy. Solid hop burn finish. An interesting and different Barley Wine. 161211

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrusy hops, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is milky and orange fruity. Bitter, grapefruity and citrusy. Dry, toasted malty and caramelish. Ends dry and crisp hoppy into the finish.
