Like all things truly Jersey, 077XX makes the most in balancing through its accentuation of extremes. Inspired by the west coast IPAs we love, we added a thump of hops to a dynamic malt profile and chose a yeast to drive these two further than they wanted to go. Throw our water into this mix and you will find dank green resinous hops popping over orange, mango and papaya aromas, with just enough sweetness of body to make the long finish a pleasure to have around. A double IPA perfect for adding fuel to the fire of a dinner, a game, or an idea, drink it when your night matters.

grapefruit pith bitter and i liked the way this beer hits you in stages. sugary sweet red grapefruit juicy though the beer is not at all red in fact it’s rather pale and unassuming. bit of pine and substantial body reveals it’s bit of syrup of caramel malt. and everything wafts in and out nicely ending in bitter pith and wafting grapefruit and sugar. nice.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with no head and a little white lacing. Nice aroma lavender/Heather with a malty backbone. Nice citrus hop blast with a floral Heather/lavender finish. A nice beer

On tap at Cranbury Buy-Rite. Extremely citrusy and a little sprucey. Falls short on the nose, deep draught gets some woodsiness. Flavor crisp, bitter, oranges and limes. Nice malt balance but could be a little fuller. Overall a nice local offering.

Pours a gold with flecks of Orange. Nose is tropical fruits. Flavor follows suit. A bit malty, that takes away from the awesome hops.

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Light fresh hops, sorachi ace as the main influence. Grassy, fresh pine and citrus are lighter flavors, finishes clean.

Draft. Light golden pour with white head. Spicier, citrus and light finishing boat beer, abc difference is not overalls noticeable, body remains light for a great beverage for summer with nice flavor.

Här en riktigt bra Dipa. Inte bara grapefrukt å citron utan lite andra fina tyngre nyanser också. Annars rätt lik de moderna nu populära ljusa grape ölen.
