COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The key to a sessionable beer is the way it evolves over time well spent. Here we took an extremely dark malt bill and smashed it against the sweetness of milk, then we wafted black currant notes of Bullion hops through the middle. Nuanced to keep it an I ferreting part of a gathering while neither dominating not being inconsiquential to banter. Drink Carton of Milk because it does a session good.

Nitro tap delivers a lively dark ale with small white head. Chocolate aroma with a sweet malt caramel cocoa mix. Tiny carbonation bubbles and nice sweet short finish deliver this carton to the door.

Draft at Barcade, Philadelphia. Nice nose of day old coffee with cream and a plum type of aroma. Flavor is dark roast, coffee, burnt lactose sugar and thought the middle it has a dark fruit flavor that reminds me of prunes or plums. Real interesting way of balancing the roasted malts. The flavor is rather nice and a slightly different take on the style. Sweet lingering roast after the sip. Nice fuller body with a ashy, chalk texture. Well worth a try if you see it on tap.

Drought. Dark brown with small creamy tan head, roasted malt aroma, burnt taste, low carbonation, medium finish. I would expect a sweeter, chocolatey taste but not bad.

Sweet stout at the brewery. Close to black pour with a tan head. Taste is sweet chocolate, coffee, caramel. More hops than expected. Full mouthfeel, very smooth, drinkable. A very sessionable well-made stout.
