Slight malty coffee aroma, with a light golden color. Coffee and the 12% alc hit you first but a nice smooth finish. Itís a great take on the imperial cream ale

Can. Pours hazy amber, medium white head that dissipates fairly quickly with good residual and solid lacing. Aroma is very biscuity, some coffee, honey, a bit odd.. Flavor is hella coffee, heavy sweet and medium bitter. This is like one of those hard candies; coffee all over the place with a carrying biscuity honey like maltiness profile. A lingering coffee grounds kind of ashtray finish. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. I have never tried a beer like this before.

Poured from a 12 oz can. Aroma is rather sweet with a bit of a malt character. It kind of reminds me of a fresh doughnut. Medium light coffee note, rather fruity with a light nutiness. Pours a hazy orange with a bit of rust. Small, thin white head quickly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and fairly long legs. Flavor is fairly sweet with a lot of malt character, both pale cracker malt and corn. The sweetness is a bit like a very sugary drink. Low bitterness with low alcohol spice; the alcohol is well hidden. Medium light coffee character that adds a bit of a fruitiness. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but it?s pretty sweet and the coffee is not super apparent. The alcohol is well hidden making this easy to drink, but it?s pretty sweet.

>> Clear gold pour, weak foam. Syrupy nose, okay coffee hints, toffee and maybe hazelnut sweetener. Taste is super sweet, cloying, mild coffee, some fusel alcohol notes. Too much for me.

Can thanks to dmac! Nose is sweet with a touch of cocoa. Fairly hazy orange with a small white head. Taste is super damn sweet, like sugar water. Moderate coffee after that followed by a punch to the stomach of alcohol. This is like a coffee malt liquor. Interesting concept. The residual sugar is nutters and my ears are warming. I donít even know what to think. One of a kind.

Gold pour, white head. Too sweet. Sticky sweet with some coffee. Not really a good beer. Ive had worse, but this is a lackluster effort IMO.

Pours a very slightly hazy gold with a medium foamy white head...nuxe lacing and retention. Aroma has sweet coffee, grass, and straw...boozy. Flavor has loads of sweet coffee...almost sugary.. still some grass and hay...slightly boozy. Mouthfeel is full and almost syrupy with a dry boozy/ dark coffee/burnt finish.

Can @ Home. Light amber pour without much of a head. The nose is pretty weaksauce. I just get a bunch of table sugar and green pepper. Lots of candy, perhaps bubblegum. Wat? Flavor has some coffee, but otherwise itís just like a mouthful of white sugar and maybe some non-dairy creamer. No thanks. Kind of boozy, too. Like off-brand Kaluha.

Omg!! This beer is horrible!! First off. What the hell is an imperial cream ale? I would say it is a high alcohol cream ale, so what the hell is all this lactos doing in it?!?!?!? Ok u wanted cream "like". Well then donít call it a cream ale, because cream ales arenít creamy like that. After that, this coffee flavor is just old. Like really oxidized old flavor and smell! Why do people like this beer? Ok u can drink it and it is high in alchohol but besides that it just plain sucks as a beer. Not in like most carton beers, but that is why he has his cult likes that need to learn good beer instead of ass kissing got some free stuff
