COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This heavily hopped, full-bodied IPA is cask conditioned and served via traditional hand-pulled beer engine. Naturally carbonated at cellar temperature to emphasize expansive grapefruit esters and malt character.

Draft @ brewpub. Dark red, a surprising color. Stable head. Earthy hop aroma with holly berries and leaves. Nice mouthfeel. Quaffable and very English in character. Balanced with nice caramel malt character and lingering alpha esters kissing the tongue. Nice one.

I don’t think they keg this beer at all, but it is a regular. Dark amber. Looks like a sparkler head. Might not be - it doesn’t taste sparkled. The aroma is herbal, with gentle hop fruitiness and just a hint of background malts. Herbal, chewy malts on the palate. A fresh, lively cask body. Carries with it some juicy hops in the finish.

Decent beer, but a weak IPA. Modest hop flavor with a malt background that doesn’t suit the beer. Light bodied and in between bitter and sweet. Light finish that is a little watery.

On tap at the Carver Brew Pub in Durango. Poured a medium amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of floral hops, citrus, and a little earthy. Lacing left on the glass.
