Dec 4, 2009 On tap at the Carver Brew Pub in Durango. Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of floral hops, some citrus and grains. Tastes of citrus and grainy. Lacing left on the glass. Thinner body.

Sep 30, 2008 Tasted 9/28/08. Growler from the brewpub. Clear with a dark copper hue. Brainy off-white head. Hoppy aromas with hints of melons and slight mint. Medium bodied with good malts. Tangy body. Slightly peppery. Bitter finish. Good balance and good hop profile.

Sep 24, 2006 Draft pint at the brewpub, 9/18/06: Ligttle aroma to this true amber elixir with a firm pillowtop. But it delivers a nicely woodsy-piney hoppiness over a solid malty goody. Tops.

Jul 19, 2006 On tap @ Carvers poured a hazy light amber with a disapating off white head. Aromas of carmel, some fruitiness and light spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light apple and citrus with a lightly bitter finish.

Jul 1, 2005 Sampled from growler at the Mondial. Hazy amber with a bit of head, bubbly body...spicy wet Cascade-infused grapefruity-orangy nose, wet and juicy if a nose can be such...sourish, lactic body totally doesn’t hold up, bit of hops and sour/bitter orange, sticky midpalate with a very very dry, astringent finish. Ugly.
