2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 MadIndian (1902) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 14, 2012
Thin pour, a lot of grain and corn. However, it did have some hop presence and some bready notes of goodness.

Pretty standard, thou better than the average bud or heineken. Typical in just about every way. It just isn’t stinky or chemical.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 ClubGonzo (1978) - Bergen, NORWAY - NOV 20, 2011
Bottle. Golden pale body with a medium white head. Nose is faint hop tones and some pale malts. Taste is grains, dry hop notes and pale malts. Fair enough for a pale lager I guess, but no winner.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 markwise (2914) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - OCT 24, 2011
On draft at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2011. Pours a light amber with a white head. Nose is grain, malt, some bread, and a hints of sweetness with yeast. Flavor is similarly unamazing- grainy bready malts with some sweetness and earthy-ish hops. Meh.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 flying_pig (338) - SCOTLAND - OCT 19, 2011
Bottle in Hotel Tazi, Marrakesh (330ml):
Sweet aroma to it on the whole. There is a light corn aroma that is matched in equal strength by a sweet syrupy one & a little bit of vegetable.
Light yellow to straw colour & forms a white, bubbly head that is about a fingers width tall but disappears almost instantly.
A little grain followed by slightly more of a sweet syrupy taste matching that from the nose. These flavours are almost drowned out by corn & vegetable adjuncts that come next.
Smooth on the palate but slightly too thin in body, this beer is at least a little refreshing but the aftertaste is dry.
Yet another mass produced, low quality pale lager. Not a beer I’ll be trying again. Slightly better than Flag Spéciale but not by much.
