A well balanced lager, nicely hoped, good body with a fine hoppy aftertaste

Yellow, thin, and watery. Started with a very tall head. Ruined by a dominant taste of corn. One of the worst beers I have ever had.

Spiesy (2338) - Sydney, Greater London, AUSTRALIA - APR 17, 2003
Light straw colour, with a clean white head. Not overly carbonated, the beer is dry and refreshing. Light hop to start, not much in the middle, then a slightly spiced, possibly fruity finish. Slightly varible from the bottle though. You've got to get them fresh.

KingPinHead (390) - Des Moines, Washington, USA - MAR 28, 2003
Grassy, fairly sharp hop aroma, but pleasant...Color is standard yellow-gold, but head is quite ample as is the speckled lace...Flavor is two-tiered, with sweet malt bottom anchoring a lightly tangy hop top-end. Carbonation is suitably light. The finish has faint floral accents, otherwise medium-dry. Balance is decent, and body is typically light, but acceptable...A quite drinkable but very ordinary lager.

Vac (2445) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 27, 2003
Pours with a pale yellow body topped by a thick white head with a decent amount of lace. Slightly sweet yet sour aroma with grassy notes and flowery accents. Slighlty sweet grassy flavor with sour bitter accents and a slightly bitter finish. Light bodied, smooth and slightly dry.

Hoss (607) - Florida, USA - FEB 27, 2003
A mainstream lager produced in a hot country, It is hard to pick any charateristics as it is simply a gold colored liquid with alcohol.

Quickly diminshing, white head. Bitter aroma. Quite a bit of carbonation. Not really much taste to speak of. Kind of a sandy mouthfeel.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2011 Rerate from can, lets see if someting changed in 8 years: pale golden, small dustlike floaties, dishwater lace. Light perfumed hop, a hint spice. Light body, mellow mouthfeel. Flawless boredom, no obvious brewing flaws, but not much taste either. Maybe the weird friend of a friend now. Original rating, 13.1.2003. 4 2 4 2 6.Dusty nose. Golden, bad head. Lightbodied and tasteless. Definetly not the start of a woderfull friendship.

Good compliment to hot wings I was eating. Clean, clear, honest lager. No pretense - delivers what it promises - for Morocco - I’m sure is is refreshment on a hot day - which this would do. Bit of a fruity-hoppy undertone to this - not bad at all.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2003 Bottled. Of all the bars, in all the world, if you had to walk into one in Casablanca dont order this swill. Straw gold, low head and moderate condition. Enticing aromas of sewage and cabbage, some strange hints of raspberry flavours and a dry bitter finish.
