Bottle brown, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours pale golden, practically yellow, very bright body with sediments floating in the body texture, carbonation of the body is moderate, saturation too, head is initially medium but very quickly decreasing to small, very faint lacing, head is white in colour and foamy in texture, after a minute what leaves is the small crown on the body surface.
Aroma: Very milky, slightly sour and harsh like from brewing cereal, gentle notes of corn, rye and barley grains, slightly too dull, not clean, dusty.
Flavour: Quite similat to a ’Castle Lager’ in the terms of malty background as the grainy components create sour taste but in terms of hoppyness it is much worse. There is no hoppyness on top only some faint dull aftertaste that is the effect of hops and apart from it sour, salty cereal and slightly corny mixed with barley accents aftertaste. Finish duration is quite long in its dullness and sourness. Visible difference in between English brewing culture (Castle Lager - SAB) and French brewing culture (Casablanca Beer - Tanager Morocco).
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is moderate to light, finish feel is chalky and astringent from sourness and accidity. tgncc (809), Bellmore, New York, USA

Typical pale lager in ts appearance (yellow/straw, white head), aroma (some malts, corn, other adjuncts). The flavor is also mainly from the malt and the adjuncts, but it had a spolied and skunky quality that made it hard to drink. It also had this metallic and industrial tinge to it. Not good. Clear yellow look with fast off-white head. Corn, maize, metal and poison. A typical overseas product. Adenila (937), Denmark

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 5, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours with a white head, thinly hued golden body - rather nice for a lager. Taste is lime, salt, earth tones (maybe straw). Some bitterness in the finish, but this is actually metallic - battery acid type favor. A respectable attempt but utterly fails overall.
