Bottle reads "Casa Beer, Imported Lager Beer, The Original Beer from Casablanca." Well, if this wasn’t from the Mediterranean / Middle East, I’d say we have right here a nice alternate fuel source: corn, rice, and alcohol, although the latter wasn’t strong enough to ignite. Outside of a really nice frothy and creamy head, this tasted like it was literally brewed with corn, rice, and sugar. Boring. Sweet. Yet, another cool stamp to have the old passport of beer.

Malty, metallic smell. Pale golden colour, white lasting head. Aroma of spruce, very little else distinguishable. Not watery, though. Slightly sweet aftertaste, long nice finish. Fizzy carbonation. For a basic pale lager, this stuff is great.

This is an ok beer. It could be good with spicy Moroccan food, but it is not as clean and crisp as Almaza. It has a smell (slightly) of sour milk. The taste is moderately stale and bitter. The color is a slightly hazy yellow (im estimating the SRM at 4.5). The head starts of nice and fluffy white then begins to dissipate.

Dark golden with thin white head. Decent lacing. Lite lemon and mild grain aroma. Fruity, mild lemon, lite bodied, and lite grain flavors. Balanced, lite bitterness, and zesty dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average frothy white head. Grainy aroma with undefinable fresh fruity overtone. Minimal malty, somewhat metallic taste. Not good, but without displeasing notes.

Golden color. Sweet malty aroma. Flavor is malty at the beginning and after can feel bitterness of hops.

Drank in November 2008: Obtained from ’Rhythm and Booze’ Cleethorpes. This review is of a brown 330ml bottle. The second lager in one of my lager drinking evenings, it came bottom in scores out of the three reviewed that night. Poured into one of my Veltins Pilsner stemmed glasses, it looked fine. A typical pale lager, clean and bright. Good white head which tried to stay but fell away towards the end of the drink. No aroma worth mentioning, gets my standard 3 for lager non-smell. A bit thin and watery, great for a sunny day by the pool maybe, but not a cold winters night in the UK. I should have held my lager evening in the summer. This had no great flavours or tastes to elaborate on, just a lager and another country ticked off in my quest to drink around the world.

330ml bottle pours a light amber color with a small white head that leaves a few specks of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits, malts and hops. Taste is light fruit and malty sweetness with a grassy and light citrus hop bitterness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation. A decent enough macro style lager.

Some body and flavor but not much, very smooth, easy to drink. Macro like but with a hint of care in the brewing.

Bottle: An ok lager with a remarkable, grassy hop bitterness and a solide malt base. Had expected a more cheap taasting lager.
