Draft at the barrel house. Cloudy variegated golden color, small white head. Aroma of light citrus, grass, hay. taste is bitter lemon. OK.

Cascade 12step ipa. Sampled at the barrel room... Pours a slightly hazy cidery orNge brown pour and topped with. Thin film of soapy white head leaving a flimsy layer... Aroma of mostly grassiness upfront leavin a sligtly spicy note while softer hints of orangey citrus underneath... Flavors are semi-bitter with a mild sweet center followed up by a sliffy aggressive bitter grassy note and a backing detail of orangey citrusness. Mediumbodied and finishes heavily with a pithiness lingering on the tongue. A pleasant surprise actually 7/4/8/4/14
