Sampled from a bottle at WTWBA 2014 in Minneapolis. Hazy orange pour. Tart, apricot, a little funky. Lighter and bright. Another awesome sour from Cascade.

"this one manages to be a seriously fruity beer (smells like putting your nose in a bag of dried apricots) and a nice sour ale. this would make an amazing summer brew. oaky, quite tart all the way through, with loads of fruit flavor but only a hint of sweetness."

Dirty peach colour, nice fizzy head. Aroma is outstanding - beautiful sweet dried apricots. Wow! Taste is immediately very sherberty with a big fizz, nice sweet apricot vinegary sour. As warms it becomes more sour than fruity. Finish is tangy. Overall, great fruit sour, one of the best I’ve had from the states.

Bottle to glass. Pours a mostly clear golden to light orange color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is dry, tart, oak, citrus, apricot. Flavor packs a punch of sourness, with huge apricot notes as well. Slight oily palate with a strong lingering tartness. Excellent sour!

2012 bottle. Pours an apricot-tinged gold, shiny and beautiful. Big sour apricot nose with barrel and bugs. Taste is powerfully sour from the jump, apricot washes it out to some degree but this is not a polite beer. I love it.

Cloudy orange with ok head and lacing. Good apricot aroma. Light sour finish, with good tart feel. Good mix of apricot and bretta floating around in here. Bottle thanks to someone at Gene’s place.

At Cascade brewpub wih Taylor, Stephen, and Dina. Pours orange hazy with layer of white head. Aroma is light melon, cantellop. Taste is nice apricot, light Mellon, medium-heavy acidity, hint if bandaid but not bad. Finish is lingering acidity with more light fruits. Not very complex, kind if one note, which is good, but a little heavy on acidity.
