750 ml bottle shared by a local beer guy- thanks again, Mark! 2011 Project. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a medium eggshell white head. Aroma of apricot, lemon, oak, sweet malts, grapes, and bretty funk. Flavor is the same- apricot, lemon, grape, funk, oak. Some sugars. Sour and juicy, with moderate carbonation. The consensus was that it wasn’t quite FouFoune but still damn good. I loved it.

Wow, the sweetness from the apricot perfectly balances an offsets the tart of the sourness

2011 Project. Clear golden pour with a nice soapy white head. Tart apricots, oak, Brett funk and lactic acid in the nose. Much better flavor than the nose would present, sour apricots and tangerines, residual sugars, yeast funk, lemon peels with a tart and dry finish. Good effervescence with notes of alcohol. Not bad but no Fou Foune.

Tons of acidity in the aroma... Flavor is intensely sour, notes of apricots and citrus throughout... One of my favorites...

Aromas of sweet bubblegum, sour and yeast. Flavours follow aroma. Wood character comes through in the aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

Backlogged review, drank this bottle in 2010. Poured a very hazy bright orange with medium to large head. Pretty lasting with some excellent lacing. Aromas and flavor of dried apricot, funky yeast, wet wood, nectarine, and more barny acid. Real sour and dry finish. Medium body. Nice sour ale from Oregon. Cheers.

Poured from a 750mL bottle a hazy orange with small white head. Smells of funk, acidic, and slight apricot. Tastes tart, acidic, funk, and light apricot. Light bubbles on the palate.

Pours a hazy golden orange in the bottle with fluffy white head and good lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus, and apricot. Taste is sour and sweet apricot, a bit of belgian funk, bitter hop finish for a second. Damn good for an american sour.

4oz taster at DBS. Aroma and flavor of zesty, meyer lemon and light Brett funk. Hardly any vinegar presence here and had the slightest, yet lingering tart on the back of the tongue. Very good sour, but nothing to rush out to get. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
