2011 project. Super sour nose with more funk than expected, slightest hint of fruit. Taste follows the nose almost identically. Not as fruit forward as I expected it to be, definitely sour. Reminds me of a quality gueuze.

An slightly orange beer, a head is medium sized and blond. Balanced and pleasant aroma, strong apricot, sourness, some lether saddle, green apples and fruitness of grapes. Very complex and great aroma. Taste is strongly sour, grapes, apricots, earthyness, some lether. Medium bodied, strong carbonation, slightly sticky end. The great and complex beer.

Dried apricots and some yeast. Great about this brew us some tart but no fake fruity sweetness. Seems 100% natural. Apricots stay through entire beer with the wonderful tart funk.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with very little head. Aromas dried apricots and a bit of funk. Flavors of very sour apricot candies. Fun but complex and expensive.

The Sampler, NYC bottle: pours orange with white head. Aroma is apricot, brett and a good bunch of it, and vinegar. Taste is apricot at first but the sourness takes over. Brett is real prominent at the finish. Quite good. Very sour.

Draught at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House, Portland, OR. Cloudy yellow colour with a small white head. Dryness, fruits, sourness and mild sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is super sour and tart... I don't know if there's some apricot notes or not, it's just pure sourness... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is vinous, oak, faint apricot. Thin mouth with tart apricot, light funk, oak, lingering sour, really enjoyed this.
