COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cascade Apricot Ale is based on our Temptor Triple Ale that has undergone over 8 months of lactic fermentation and oak barrel aging. Ripe NW Apricots are fermented with this beer for 3 additional months. This hand packaged and bottle conditioned ale will only get better with age ... good luck waiting.

Serve at 45-50 Degrees F.

Bottle shared at the Midland Tasting Group. Slightly hazy pale yellow beer with a small head. Aroma of apricot. Taste is tart, apricot, perfume, sherbet and funky. Very puckering. Excellent.

750ml->tulip from Dominion W&B. Enjoyed side by side with Uinta Pit Stop for comparison. Gold, clear, effervescent moderate frothy white head. A: tart and litely funky apricot and apple, tropical fruit notes, litespice. T: more tart, fruity and moderately acidic, apricot with hints of yeast and lemongrass. Nice.

Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours yellow with a white, light lacings. Aroma of wheat, light sourness, spice, coriander, tart fruit, tart apricot, apricot skin. Flavor is rather sour, wheat, light spice, light coriander, sour tart fruit, apricot, apricot skin. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation, very dry and acidic finish. Alcohol is well hidden for the ABV. 030916

Bottle @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, lactose acid, brett, malt, flowers and has a nice bitter bretty finish.

Rating #1789 - 2015.06.27 - Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a slightly bubbly white cap. Light-medium body, medium carbonation. Aroma is ripe apricot - peachy. More sweet apricot and honey malt in the flavour, finishes with a little oak barrel hint and more than a little Brett punch. Nice.

Bottle at Sparkling City on Tap festival. Clear golden with a small whitish head. Aroma of sour fruit and straw with just a little discernible apricot. Sour and fruity taste. Medium bodied. Very nice.
