Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #6. ]
Unclear medium to dark amber red color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is berry sour - tart, sour raisin, cherry, cask wood, lactic, leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

Bottled. An unclear red-brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with notes of wood, brettanomyces, and fruit. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of brettanomyces, wood, and berries, leading to a tart finish. The body is a bit thin.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy dark orangey brown with a beige head. Dry and lightly tart berry aroma. Medium body with a heavy carbonation and dry tart berry accents - not very distinct though. Dry and vaguely tart finish. 010509

From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #6. Pours murky brown with a small tan head. Dry wooden, acetone and cherry aroma. Subdued sweet, malty and citric flavoured. Dry and citric to vague acidic flavoured finish. Lasting vague fruity finish.

Bottled (thanks after4ever). Quite much close to black colour, big brown head. Aroma is sour and wooden along with some mild berryish hints. Flavour is berries, sour wooden notes as well as some mild acidicness. Very pleasant sour ale.

Bottle #6 at Papsø’s blindtasting. Clear red brown coloured with a medium sized off white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of berries and spices. Fruity and light acidic flavour of berries and brett. Tart finish.

Hazy brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with caramel and roasted malt and plums. Flavour was sourish with soru plums, cherries, vinegar, leather, wood and lacto notes. Finished sour.

(750ml bottle) Pours a pinkish purple body with a purplish beige head. Aroma of blackberries, earthiness, grape juice, and wet leather. Flavor of blackberries, grape jam, and earthiness with somewhat sticky mouthfeel and a dry oak finish.

(750ml bottle, thanks acrdz) Muddy plum body with medium beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, blackberry, some syrup, light sourness. Taste is medium sweet, blackberry, some sourness. Soft medium body, light syrup, low carbonation.
