Bottle @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours hazy dark red with a small offwhite head. Aroma is light sour with cherries, blueberries, yeast, oak. Taste is light sour with tart fruit, blueberries but also cherries and sour red apples, dusty. Thin body, low carbonation. 120512

Hazy pink -red beer, tiny pink head. Mild seltzer like minerals. Mild tart blueberry. The fruit is kind of swallowed by all the minerals. Dry finish. Not too bad really.

Pours perfectly berry in color, like a hazy raspberry with a nice pink champagne colored head. The aroma is sweet, with vague notes of bluebs fresh, with a bit of wild yeast in the background. The flavor brings nice tart tangy notes without the blueberries as you would expect them to be much more prevalent. The flavor of a Flemish sour with a lighter body to end.

Bottle… WPB Town Hall Meeting 2012… This beer rocks!… Pours hazy and burnt-orange with a fizzy, periwinkle head that never seems fully dissipates. The bouquet furnishes sweet blueberries intermingled with acidity and a touch of funk. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is tart and fruity with mild tannic bitterness. Fruity, tangy, minerally finish. Kudos to the ever-generous biggsbowler for sharing this beauty!

Bottle at CBC 2012 - Thanks to Jeppe ??. Clear deep red - white head. Fruity, blueberries, herbal, wooden notes, light sourness, dark fruits, light earthy. Well balanced.

750mL shared at CBC thanks to CBX crew! Pours a fully hazy purple with acid cut foam. Saltwater, cotton candy, kiwi, and phenolic nose. Loads of cotton candy. Taste is lactic, acetic blend with blueberry PIE dessert. Yummy yum yum.

Bottle shared by Tooch4321...thanks Adam! - Pours purple pink with a white ring of head. Nose is tart blueberry and citrusy vinegar. Taste has a nice tartness to it, with citrus and vinegar again. Blueberry is present, but faint. Fluffy, soft body. Quenching.

750ml. Pours magenta with a nice a little head. Drank this in two sittings. Day 1 - moderately sour, tasty but excessively carbonated. Capped this with a wine preserver and went back the next day. Day 2. Ah, I like a little carbonation but not too much in a sour. I found sours hold up over a fews days betters than other styles. I really like this now. Can definetly taste the blueberry, level of sourness is ideal. Chuggable really but I sipped on this to make it last. Better than their cherry or apricot. Recommended.
