Pours a hazy golden Amber with a thin white head. Aroma of sour malt, berries and funk. Taste is sour malt, berries, lemon peel and that signature cascade yeast.

750 mL bottle poured and shared. 2012 project, which might be the only one of these I’ll ever find. Might be the only one out there. Happy birthday to Bottleworks by the way. First of all, how can this beer not be good. Just read the description. Seriously. Pours a cloudy orange color with a fading head. Woody, sour fruit aroma. Very nice orange sour flavor, and a nice, obvious barrel presence. In love with the sour fruit flavor and light spice throughout this one. Big pucker. Delicious. Absolutely wonderful beer here. Loved it.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a cloudy golden peach with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour red fruits with a backing leafiness and a bit of barrel. Flavor is more of a crisp sour red fruit with sweet barrel and a light funkiness.

Bottle shared by me at Steazy’s - thanks! Slightly hazy Amber pour with a white head. Tart citrus nose. Really nice taste, complex and fun. Sour lots of wood character.

Orange with small white. Aroma is somewhat sweet, a bit of tart citrus. Not great, over sweet, sour with no real funk.
