Bottle shared by James. Thanks man. The beer is a hazy, murky, orange yellow hue with a soft white head. Incredibly profound aroma. Oranges, oak, vanilla, booze. The various barrels meld wonderfully, offering a sweet and sour blend I associate with Cascade. Delicious flavor. So much going on. Luscious and rich, coating the palate. Alcohol presence is there, but I wouldn’t have guessed nearly 12%. Yikes. Another unique and tasty wild ale from Cascade.

750 ml bottle shared by jimmietmac, many thanks! Pours a hazy dark golden light orange color with a fading white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma is a bright funky sour with lemon and orange citrus tang. Flavor is a mouth puckering sour that is dry and aggressive. Vanilla, citrus, bourbon and vinegar. Sour and delicious.

I believe this was shared by Brad. It is in the Flanders sour brown style. Pungent aroma. Sour flavor with balsamic vinegar, and earth, as well as some sweetness.

Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a quickly dissipating off-white head. Aroma of peach, apricot, berries, sweet and caramel malts, honey, vanilla, oak, and brown sugar. The flavor follows mostly the same lines, starting tart and finishing sweet. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation. Complex, tasty, interesting beer.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell in London - many thanks to Bruce! Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma has moderate funk, apple and honey. Medium to big sweet flavor with ripe fruits, apple, wood, slight honey, alcohol. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Fairly warming on the finish with ripe and jammy fruits and sugary bread. Nice.

750ml thanks to Grant! Pours yellow hayish amber with a slight white foamed head. Oaky must nose, hints of slight citrus and peach, a tinge of bourbon, and some funk. Flavors start off with orange must, hay, and hints of caramel bourbon. The finish brings out a sweet wine funk all blended nicely. Damn good stuff, but was just hoping for a touch louder.
