On tap at Cascade Tasting Room with mcberko. Pours cloudy orange with no head. Aroma of apricot, worcestershire sauce, vanilla and bourbon. Flavour of apricots, sourness, vanilla, and bourbon. The vanilla seems to mellow out the sourness. It is a lo smoother than the Apricot Ale (2010). Nice and more complex.

On tap at Cascade Tasting Room, split with Matts_Property, pours a murky dark orange with no head. Aroma of bourbon, chardonnay, apricot and lemon zest -- apricot has been subverted by the barrels. Flavour of vanilla and bourbon upfront, giving the apricot a backseat -- finishes quite tart. A nice variety of Apricot Ale, but not as complex.
