Gravity drawn cask barrel from the Cascade Barrel House... Poured vibrant orange with a bubbly, off-white head. Aroma was tart with acetone, vinegar, and mustard. The taste was very tart and puckering, lots of fruit, some bourbon kick, citrus, dark sugars, lactic t ones, vinaigrette dressing, candied sugars, and lots of spices.
