Tap @ Cascade’s Barrel House... Poured a deep, dark red.ruby-ish with a bubbly off-white/grayish head. Lots of lactic yeast notes on the nose, with hints of dark, black cherries and even a bit acidic. Mildly, roasty, but lots of whiskey-like booze which meshed with sour, tart yeast flavors and cocoa and big cherry flavors.
