Poured at the Barrel House... Golden orange with no head. Nice tartness, clean, a pickled like acidity with citrus fruit and a wine booziness. Candied malt sweetness. Some oak and yeast spice too with fruit in the finish.

Draft at City Beer in San Francisco. Sort of a honey colored pour, her al honey flavor and especially in the nose. Pretty sharpe tartness, lactic and acidic flavor. Herbal. Honey sweetness cuts sharp acidity a tad. Good stuff

A - Served a cloudy amber-orange color with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head faded down fairly quickly leaving behind some nice lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of lots of different fruits including some fig, white grape, prune, and some citrus. There is also lots of tart and funky elements as well. T - Starts off with a nice kick of acidic sourness with some fig and white grape flavor. There is a bit of citrus and some funky elements as well. Through the middle, the tartness gets a bit stronger with some more funky flavors coming through. The finish is a mix of all of the different fruit flavors and lots of sour/tartness and funky flavors that linger. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with some puckering acidic tart flavors. D - Very drinkable. Really sharp and pungent flavors. The mix of fruit flavors really provides a nice complexity to the flavor and has a nice balance to it.

Draft. Amber beer with a nice cream colored head. Sour/lactic aroma with light malt. Nice acetic/lactic flavor with sour notes, malt, and fruitiness. Medium bodied. Nice acetic/lactic sour lingers with nice frutiiness and light malt.

On tap at City Beer. Pours murky gold with an attractive off-white head and a delightful fig aroma. There is a nice sour fruit flavor that sticks to the palate. A typical cascade brew.

Draft at City Beer’s 5th Anniversary. Somewhat cloudy orangish amber in color with minimal head. The aroma is very interesting, herbal, lemony, and acetic with sweet malt. The flavor is also very vinegary with white wine, lemon soda, salt, figs, and herbs. Sweet and tart. Medium body with lower carbonation. Pretty good but not a standout for this festival.
