Bottle at Bruce’s, London. Thanks to Bruce for this Pacific NW rarity. Pours Lilly hazy gold with a slight, white foam head. Some tangy citrus in the nose, hints of herbs, light funk. Light to medium sweet flavor, some funk, apricots, orange and tangerine, moderate tang. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent sweetness to finish, further citrus, apricot, some peach, pleasant sourness. Very fresh and refreshing. Wonderful.

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, citrus and light fig. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light fig and a hint of barnyard funk with a crisp dry tart lingering citrus finish.

"I like figs in general, but prefer the white fig used I salads most of the time over the darker sweeter black mission fig usually use in darker beers. This sour is a fantastic combo of white fig, wild grape from the barells, and a lemony twang that packs a punch. Absolutely delicious and covers the abv well."

The beer is light golden with a mild haze and a quarter inch of white head. Aromas include wild funk, yeast, stone fruit, apricot, pear, peach, oak. Dark fruit and gig character emerge more in the flavor. Absolutely delicious. Complex and wonderful. Puckering finish. An outstanding beer from Cascade.

World Cup Beer. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Complex aroma with perfumed citrus and floral notes, bright funky character and oak. Sweetish, tart flavour with lots of fruit and funk. Good flavours, but a little bit too acidic

On tap at the brewpub - Pours light hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma has dark berries, wine, citric / vinegar acidity, citrus zest and some figs (by suggestion in the description?). It has a medium crisp body with semi-sharp carbonation and liveliness. The flavor starts off with white wine, sharp acidity, clean blond ale malt and some oakiness. The finish really shows the figs and lemon zest and seems a bit like herbal tea. This was quite nice.
