Tap at OBF. Color is reddish amber. Aroma of sour cooking cherry. Near med body. Flavor is cherry and pretty sour - not overly acidic - but heading that way. Mouth smacking.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20 Crit (3075) - New Westminster, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 23, 2010
Huge unpleasant sour nose and profile. Somewhat salty. This is supposed to be a sour ale, not vinegar

Draught @ Brouwer’s Café during Big Wood 2008:   Heavy amber, brownish hues, moderate frothy off-white head, a few rings of lacing.   Oakish, apple and cherry skin on the nose.   Some golden raisin.   Has a sour fruit skin flavor.
Reminds me of old raisins or figs.   Tart, but not sour.   Mild dryness.   Needs something more.   Not watery, but does seem a bit thin.   Kind of does a faceplant on the finish.   Tiz okay, but the flavors are
too muted.

Sour flavor, overall it’s tart and tasty.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - DEC 1, 2008
Dark red with a smooth off-white head. Fruity cherry and earthy malt up front, soft acidity and tart finish. Not as sour as some them, but I enjoyed the easier acidity.

Tap @ the Brewery. Out of order rating, but wanted to enter this to push me back into number 1 sour rater slot. Pours dark red with a tan head. Nose is light and sour. Taste is sour, and light and very tart and quite tasty.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 3fourths (6958) - Straßgiech, Bavaria, GERMANY - NOV 15, 2008
UPDATED: NOV 17, 2008 Mobile rating. Draft at the brewery. Dark purple brown color a small off-white head. Mildly prickly blackberries and peppery currants. More prickly than sour. Fruit sweetness on back: red grapes, currants, plum, etc. Interesting but not spectacular. Needlessly simple, quietly sweet and dissolves quickly on the tongue into a flabby and stale mess.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 kmweaver (3145) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - OCT 31, 2008
Draft @ Raccoon Lodge. Pours a slightly oily, yellowish brown color; creamy, light-tan head with fine-bubbled lacing. Slightly balsamic nose showing red fruits, along with some slight honey and biscuity wet malts. Medium mouthfeel: decent levels of citrus / balsamic tartness, along with a full lemony acidity, but a bit watery at the core, with more cardboard than solid oak or anything else; heavy on the balsamic and overripe red fruits. A bit lacking at mid-palate and beyond. Medium finish: toasty oak and wet malts (light), and lingering light red fruitiness.

Clear brown with a thin tan head. Nice sweet/sour caramel aroma with cherry. Mild to medium tart flavor here balanced by a caramel, dark raison, and cherry sweetness. A nice example of the style. Draft@Belmont Station.
