draft. acetic crystalline fruit and sparkling acid with chardonnay grapes and oak. bright, zesty and prickly but rough. finishes with sweet and sticky pineapple rind and dried apricots. overall fairly messy.

On tap at Fredfest. Pours amber witha rich off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a very sour winey flavor with a vinegar note typical to this brewer, along with a hint of fermented figs. A very interesting combination of tastes that works pretty well.
