Habeñero Honey Tamarind, a sour blond ale aged on tamarind and habeñero honey. Aromas of sweet grass and spicy habeñero peppers rise from the glass to check your senses. Tart, slightly herbal notes dance with the habeñero on the palate, but never border on hot. The finish is of tart, young grapes with a lingering habeñero warmth. 8.2%

Really good pepper beer. Super drinkable for what it is. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big fruity pepper nose. The flavor is all green fleshy peppers, clear spices but not massively hot, really that dominated everything. I like peppers, and this was solid.

Uber Anniversary. Pours golden-orange. Really nice aroma dominated by grass, with undertones of honey, tamarind, chili dust, smoke. Flavor is a bit less exciting, but nonetheless unique - grass, herbal, vegetal, ever so slightly sour. Unusual, enjoyable.

Wow crazy. On tap for Uber’s birthday. Honey orange pour. Nose is definitely tamarind - very earthy, grassy citrus - with a good tartness. They managed to use habaneros to accent the flavor without giving it any detectable heat. Nice and tart, almost like liquid tacos. Interesting. Weird.

Sample at the Barrel House. The beer is a hazy amber color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly to some large bubbles around the edges. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit and spice. Medium body with flavors of figs, tropical fruit and mild peppers. The finish is lightly spicy with a fruity aftertaste. An odd beer overall, but decent.
