Tap a the Barrel House. Hazy dark gold pour. Spices, Belgian yeast notes on the nose. Taste is slightly spicy with a nice malt balance and a touch of fruit. Interesting brew.

Golden blonde in color, hazy with a nice thin head. Lots of spice and yeast aroma. Lots of banana and clove flavors and aroma lingering. This was a light easy brew. Big dry spicy finish. Interesting brew.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours blonde with a modest white head and a light yeasty aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt flavor wth some spices and a yeasty Belgian beer feeling. There is a slightly harsh dry finish.

Draft at Naked City. Pours a clear honey golden with even tight eggshell white head and ghost shadow lacing. Faint nose for sure. Spiced (nutmeg, cardamon), light doughy malt and banana esters with some pumpkin/squash notes. Tight carbonation and medium light feel. Light esters with mellow apple notes, balanced spice with complimentary doughy malt. Well made spiced beer that doesn’t show the 8.8 at all.
