Draught at the Barrel House. Deep gold-orange, nice lace. Huge ginger nose, citrus, honey?, much like an herbal tea. Sweet ginger and lime flavor, honey. Nice, with a light tartness, refreshing lime note, honey. Wow. Quite lovely, really.

Tap at the Barrel House. Pours hazy light amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is spritely lime and ginger. Med body. Flavor is mostly ginger with strong lime backup - it is sour - but not so sour the flavors are eclipsed. Mild honey sweetness comes and goes. It is extremely refreshing.

On tap at Cascade Brewing, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose of ginger upfront, with lime, not much of the honey. Flavour is very interesting - loads of ginger, but not too overbearing, followed by lime zest, finishing zesty and peppery. Surprisingly cohesive - finishes like a fizzy lemon / lime pop with alcohol.

Wow, what an interesting flavor. Yellow gold pour with some nice tasty ginger spices with the right amount of lime balance and just a touch of honey. Really, really enjoyable.

A: The beer pours a pale golden color with a minimal white head. S: Just a huge ginger aroma to this one. The lime is almost as strong. There are also some different herbal notes such as basil and mint. A mild vanilla and oak note with light lemon zest. T: The flavor is almost all ginger. A decent sweetness of honey with some strong lemon and lime notes coming through as well. There is a mild mint and just a very herbal flavor. It’s only slightly tart. M: The body is medium with low to medium carbonation. O: This beer was sort of strange. It definitely tastes like all the things in the name, which is sort of impressive.

2011 keg. Pours with a clear golden body with a small white head. Aromas are straight ginger with little else beyond some lime zest. Ginger seems candied. Flavors of lime, lightly floral, tons of ginger (candied). Very pungent. Seems like a cocktail. Some medium to light acidity. Medium bubbles. Interesting, but very one sided with the ginger.
