4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap at the Barrel House. Pours hazy light amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is spritely lime and ginger. Med body. Flavor is mostly ginger with strong lime backup - it is sour - but not so sour the flavors are eclipsed. Mild honey sweetness comes and goes. It is extremely refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at the source. Cloudy golden color. Ginger forward aroma. The lime and maybe the honey balance the ginger nicely.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A: The beer pours a pale golden color with a minimal white head.
S: Just a huge ginger aroma to this one. The lime is almost as strong. There are also some different herbal notes such as basil and mint. A mild vanilla and oak note with light lemon zest.
T: The flavor is almost all ginger. A decent sweetness of honey with some strong lemon and lime notes coming through as well. There is a mild mint and just a very herbal flavor. It’s only slightly tart.
M: The body is medium with low to medium carbonation.
O: This beer was sort of strange. It definitely tastes like all the things in the name, which is sort of impressive.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Cascade. Pours a muddy, opaque peach with wispy white foam. Nose is crazy lime yogurt, bright and salty, ginger spice. On the line between amazing and way too sweet/candy like. Taste is sweet, spicy, dense, salty, big ginger and lime, mojito mixed drink like. Sweet, creamy palate. Interdasting...

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
2011 keg. Pours with a clear golden body with a small white head. Aromas are straight ginger with little else beyond some lime zest. Ginger seems candied. Flavors of lime, lightly floral, tons of ginger (candied). Very pungent. Seems like a cocktail. Some medium to light acidity. Medium bubbles. Interesting, but very one sided with the ginger.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Cascade, Portland - 07/11/12 @ 7.5% ABV.
Lightly hazed blonde with a thin white head that clears to the edges.
Nose is sour fruits, light vinegar, lime forward, background ginger.
Taste is a little sweeter than the nose suggests, lime to the fore once again, light ginger in the background, a little sweetness but not picking up honey specifically.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a slightly sticky and sweet sour finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at NCBC. Pours a hazy burnished medium amber with very little loose white head. Big sweet nose; the honey ginger and lime all show up and make it very candy like--it’s like an awesome sour rock candy. Maybe a little on the oversweet side for a beer. Fizzy medium body. Tangy tart sharply sweet presence on the mid palate, really explosively flavored. Tangy longish finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the Barrel House. Deep gold-orange, nice lace. Huge ginger nose, citrus, honey?, much like an herbal tea. Sweet ginger and lime flavor, honey. Nice, with a light tartness, refreshing lime note, honey. Wow. Quite lovely, really.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the Barrel House. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A very big nose of ginger and lime- clearly so. The flavor is similar with very low tartness, wood, a big spicy ginger citrus and lime finish. Very good. This is exactly as this should taste like, and is very drinkable and authentic.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Cascade Brewing, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose of ginger upfront, with lime, not much of the honey. Flavour is very interesting - loads of ginger, but not too overbearing, followed by lime zest, finishing zesty and peppery. Surprisingly cohesive - finishes like a fizzy lemon / lime pop with alcohol.
