On tap at Cascade. A: Pale straw color with very thin lacing. N: Honey, predominant lime, and ginger ale. Not complex, but as advertised. Lactic sourness. T: Lemon and lime like 7up. Ginger is melded well. A little spiciness from the rye. Green apple candy. This is very much like a wine cooler. M: Somewhat spritzy and sticky. O: Is what it says. Very refreshing, like alcoholic soda. ne of the best things I’ve had from Cascade.

On tap @ the brewery, RBSG. Cloudy orange amber, intense lime and fresh ginger, a touch soapy, some sweetness to balance the tart/sour. Excellent.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, large creamy off white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is heavy ginger and lime, as advertised :). Flavor is pretty out there, honey ginger and lime are all apparent. Minimal sourness, just a hint. Some residual sugar as well contributes to medium sweetness.. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Tasty.

On tap at the barrel house in Portland. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of ginger, honey, lime, some sourness, light oak, and some pale malts. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty unique beer, but I personally don’t like the strong ginger.

Hazy blonde with a good pale head. Aroma is, surprisingly, ginger, lime and honey. Light bodied, fruity and sweet on the palate with a short finish. Tastes like soda - ginger, lime and honey.

Gold pour, small offwhite head. As advertised, aroma and flavor are honey, ginger, and lime, but holy crap it’s absolutely delicious. Lightly bubbly mouthfeel.

Draft - Ginger and lime. Hazy gold with a nice white head. Sweet ginger and lime. Not much too it, but a refreshing drink if you like ginger.

From notes. Tasted on 6/26/13 on draft at the brewpub with Chris after Oregon Pinot Camp. Pours hazy orange with a thick white head that leaves thick, messy lace. The nose is some sweet malt, lime candy, finger lime flesh, and lime peel with some spicy ginger. The flavor is quite sour with the same honeyed malt and different layers of lime and ginger spice. The body is nearly full with sparkling carbonation and a long sour lime and spicy ginger finish.

Taster at the barrel house. Puts perfect golden hue, light off white head leaves lacing. Light tartness with lime, honey notes. Awesome light body, very refreshing. Much better than blue light lime imo. Lol.
