COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cascade Brewing IPA is hoppy and bitter with a nice sweet malt finish. Slow dry hop conditioning brings out the herbal hop aromas.

[2956-20100626] Tap. Mild plastic aroma, not much of anything. Clear, pale orange yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter citrus yeast flavour has mild yeast notes. Mild bitter medium body. Nice bitter, could bring about more bulk.

2010-06-26. Golden body, modest beige head. 3+ Flavour is modestly hoppy, light leafy notes. 6+ Aroma is similar, moderate leafy hop profile is nice but mild. 6+ Average palate is a touch light. Enjoyable but lacks oomph. On Tap at Raccoon Lodge, Portland.

Not as flavorful as the pale ale, but still loaded with nice english hop character. A nice break from the monotony of the hop race.

On tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland. Light pour, with floral hops countering mild caramel malts. It’s a nice standard, but not amazing in any way.

tap at brewery. pours a clear light copper. big pine and grassy grapefruit notes. herbal. hop forward. cereal, bready malt backing. decent stuff. brewery likes the herbal, grassy hops. seems to be a common denominator in most of their non sours.
