COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cascade Brewing IPA is hoppy and bitter with a nice sweet malt finish. Slow dry hop conditioning brings out the herbal hop aromas.

Apricot colored beer. Really a nice mix of oranges and resin. Not overly bitter, but fresh and vibrant.

On tap at the barrel house. Clear orange/yellow pour with a white head. Solid and clean with citrus and grapefruit hop highlights. No minerally notes. Good balance with a nice malty backbone. Good body and mouthfeel.

On tap @ the brewpub. Parksy ordered this, but I think I drank more than my share, lol! Hazy medium golden, soft white head. Nice pine and citrus profile, sweet malts, medium body, nice bitterness. Solid PNW IPA.

At Cascade brewpub wih Taylor, Stephen, and Dina. Pours neon orange with thin layer of white head. Aroma is fruity and earthy hops, grassy barley. Taste is earthy hops with nice raw barley malt backbone as the main note. I like the Czech Bret notes. Very drinkable and would love it.

Not as flavorful as the pale ale, but still loaded with nice english hop character. A nice break from the monotony of the hop race.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a golden amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, pine. Medium on the palate with soft carbonation. Flavor is bitter, hoppy, pine, some malty sweetness, with a bitter hop finish. A solid IPA.

Draught at the brewpub. Gold with a lasting white head. Piney, citrus, and lightly tropical hoppy aroma with high intensity. Some richer bready malt in the flavor with a medium light sweetness. Bitterness is medium-high and hop flavor is floral and fruity. It’s ample but not distinct. Medium-light body. A solid drinkable IPA that leans a little more on the sessionable side than huge hop-bomb side.

Sample tray. Airy body and hoppy flavour. Worth a pint or two or a bottle and a definate revisit.

Tap at brewery. Slightly cloudy yellow orange pour. Pine, grapefruit, berries, spice. Medium body. Very approachable ipa. Light finish but long and flavorable long finish. Very nice
