4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Solid if unspectacular. Not overly hoppy -- almost more malt-forward. Hop flavor is quite resin-oriented. This may be the most resinous IPA I’ve had at this low an ABV. Bitterness present, but subdued. Good.

This is not a bad IPA. There isn’t much about this as an IPA that really stands out against others. I do enjoy the bitterness of this beer but it does lack the overall aroma and quality of a high standard 8 -10 beer.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
65 IBU. Tasted in a frozen mug. Copper color. Mostly clear. Very thin head. Great hoppy aroma. Not as smooth as some ipa's, but good. Pleasant aftertaste.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Geez I don’t get all the ho-hum reviews of this- I really like it! Poured at a good temperature with a medium sized, foamy, cream-colored head that soon subsided to a light cover and some lace. Color is a slightly hazy orange amber with some tiny bubble trails. Aroma is hops up front with resin, citrus, spice, malt in the background and a bit of wet cardboard. Flavor’s much like nose with tang and hop on top a hint of sweet below. Body/carbonation are perfect. Finish is like flavor, has some significant alcohol warmth, and is quite long. Very drinkable.

HQT night: Bottle. Good crisp beer with a clear amber color. Very spicy...noticeably spicy. A hot peppery aftertaste. Can’t wait to drink one of these Cascade Brewery from the tap

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Mild IPA, not quite the usual bite others are known for from this region. Light amber in color with thin head. Aroma is subdued hops, taste is caramel malt with a tiny hops nip at the tail end. Some lingering bitterness on the palate. A good started IPA for someone not used to the style.

Nice hazy copper color, light citrus aroma and taste. Straight down the muddle, but clean and drinkable.
