For the hop lover in us all, we present Cyclops IPA. The substantial gravity is met by a cornucopia of 5 hop varieties, which yield striking flavor and aroma, that results in one of the more balanced and aromatic IPA offerings you’ll wrap your hands around.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2012 Bomber, floral, grass, citrus, nice balanced ipa, not super hoppy but just enough to put a smile on your face if you like ipa’s. I could drink several of these in a row and feel good about it. The guys at Cascade Lakes have got my attention after sampling a couple of their different brews now. Look out Deschutes.........

Bottle: Cloudy gold with a small white ring head. Citrusy aroma of light hops and flavors with perfume and lemon grass. Kind of a sweet aftertaste. I guess if you name your beer "Cyclops" and it has a gnarly dude on the front with one eye and two hook teeth coming out over his lips, it should probably kick your butt. This doesn’t do that, but it does go for the balanced flavor they were aiming for by using 5 hop varieties. It’s not bad, I just thought it was going to be way more "in your face."

Bomber from Brewforia. Pours hazy amber with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of earthy/floral hop over mild caramel. Med body. Flavor is floral with some herbal aspects. A little earthy. Then it grabs with an herby astringency. Very interesting and different. A bit challenging, but very drinkable.

22 oz bottle from Fred Meyer, Wilsonville. $3.79 Nice cloudy orange body with an absolutly lovelly head..thick,cream coloured and bubbly. Fine hoppy aromas..citric and flowery most powerful Taste is on the other hand a more resiny hop bitternesssweet at the end..semi sweet really..caramel malts..then another hop attack in the after taste Odd mouthfeel the hops seem to come in waves ..but its nice. Nice IPA

Amber in color, clear, with a thin head. Hops and malt aroma flora and light fruitiness. Had good amount of hops made this a drinkable IPA. This was mild with dryness in the finish and with a floral grapefruit mouth.
