COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Red Ale exhibits a copper red color provided by generous amounts of three kinds of crystal malt. These malts also lend a substantial malty character that is balanced by three different American hop varieties, resulting in a full-bodied ale that as a vigorous American hop presence. Grain: Pale, Crystals & Cara-pils Hops: Centennial, Amarillo & Cascade

Tap @ Cascade Lakes Lodge: Caramel color, light head and lacing. Nose of nice fresh earthy hops, sweet caramel and cocoa husk. The flavor has a full body and a sweet nutty finish. Dry tail, decent.

Another very nice beer, a beautiful color. Good example of a red style with a malty body, notes of toasty roastyness and bitter hops at the end.

Tap at Cascade Lakes Lodge pours out a nice amber orange. topped with a light head. A little hop aroma on this one. Also a little bit of sweetness.

On tap at the Lodge. Clear redish amber with small quick sandy head. Bitter woody hopppy aroma. Medium malty body and plenty of bitter woody hpos. Some honey and sweet malt flavor . late bitternes. A dark IPA?

(guessing on style here...) Darker ruby body. Aroma is grapefruity and piney hops with a caramel malt backing. Nice balance with the crystal malts... although notes were getting sloppy because this was the last one I sampled out of 10...
