Sampled at the SpringBeerFest in Portland. Clear golden yellow, medium white cap. Odd sweet chemical aroma, like plastic. Not appealing to me. Grainy bland palate that is one-dimensional and overly sweet. No thanks!

5 oz. Taster @ Portland, Oregon Spring Beer & Wine Fest April 2nd, 2010. 6.0% ABV. 24 IBU’s. Clear bright thin yellow gold color. Mild hop floral malt front. Smooth malty crisp mild butter caramel clean mild sweet delicate fruit MaiBock body. Clean mild citrus hop smooth end. Nice rich pale lager Maibock. (4.0 / 5.0)
