Cask@Cascade Barrel Room
Deep orange-amber color, steady creamy off-white head. Slightly sour, fruity, oak wood aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor has fruityness, vanilla, some tart cherries. Nice tickling tartness in the aftertaste. Great balance.
