4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Nice brew. Complexe but nice. A must try beer. But I do enjoy the Tasmanian brews.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, slight hints of fruit and hops. Taste is light to medium sweet leading to a light fruity finish. Pretty underwhelming.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Gold pour with thin head, light aroma slight hop and cardboard aroma. Flavor is sweet with decent mouth feel and mild bitter finish. Would be a good session beer.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Obviously heavily filtered. Tastes a lot like a lager, with few citrus notes available. Sweetness is almost indicative of added corn sugar. As a pale ale, it isn’t memorable. But as a standard beer, it is okay.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours bright clear light straw gold with well retained head. Good lace. Aromas of wheat, light grain, melon, grass. Fizzy carbonation, light med body, nutty malt grain character rounding out lightly bitter, with a lively fizzy carbonation bite.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
375ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow colour, foam white head leaving some lacing and malty aroma with grain & straw. Taste is sweetish malt with some hay, grain and a spicy bitterness. Creamy mouth feel, light bodied, medium carbonation, dry almost metallic bitter finish. OK

Really just a lager. But one of the better Aussie tasteless mass tap beers-drinkable on a hot day and the best you’ll get in some pubs.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 330ml - more of a hoppy lager than a pale ale, thin yellowish colour and no real body to speak of.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle- pours a clear straw color with a small head that fades to bits of lacing. Aroma has that musty Euro Lager tinge, with some malt sweetness. Taste of malt sweetness and bit of fruit. Tangy bitterness and and a lingering aftertaste that is a bit metallic. Light body, fairly smooth. Just another Pale Lager in an ocean of lager beer

1.4 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours sparkling. Small head and clear. No aroma as such. Taste is of a lager (which it is?) rather than an ale. No malts. Slightly citrus. If I was on the beach surrounded by bikini clad girls, then maybe they’d take my mind off this beer and I’d drink it without realizing. As it was raining, and I was at home with the kids - I felt the full force of why Australia is a wine, not a beer country.
