Draft at the brewpub. Bar staff explained that Raccoon and Cascade are legally intertwined. Light citric and malt aromas. Pale golden amber color with a lightly lacing white head. Medium body and medium carbonation. Floral bitter over pale malt. Bitter builds. Good finish. Good drink.

2010-06-26. Crisp yellow body, small white head and lace. 3+ Pleasant hoppy flavour, modest citrusy hopy profile. 7+ Aroma is a touch muted, but pleasant. Citrusy hops, light floral touches. 7+ Average plus palate. Solid, quaffable. On Tap at Raccoon Lodge, Portland.

Draft at the Stumbling Monk. Pours a cloudy bronzed medium golden amber with a dense and creamy white head that really sticks around. Mild tangy caramel and herbal nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast, caramel, and herbs on the mid palate. Not really working together quite as well as I might like.

[2951-20100626] Tap. Fruity mild blueberry aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. More fruity yeast in the flavour. Light body. Tasty.

Pale yellow. Semi sweet yet dry malt and hops aroma. Very lager light but not so crisp. A similarly dry and mildly hoppy body.

Draught at the brewpub. Gold with a medium sized white head. Lightly floral and fruity hop aroma, not too intense but nice. Lightly sweet toasty, bready malt, touch of caramel, and fruity citrus in the flavor. Medium hop intensity. Medium light body with medium carbonation. Good light pale ale.

Tap at the Barrel House. Light gold pour with a thin white head. Floral, noble hop aroma. Nice light crisp malt body with just enough floral and a touch spicy hops to balance it out. Good session brew.

tap at brewpub. pours a clear golden with a small beige head. notes of pine and grapefruit. a hop forward pale ale. some light doughy caramel. good, not great. crisp, refreshing.

On tap at Raccoon Lodge. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Aroma was of fresh crisp hops, lots of citrus and floral notes. Taste was more of the citrus, floral, some light bread malts, and a little sweet caramel.

Poured a light golden-amber color with a small white head. Crisp, bready, very dry and clean. Spicy, robust, and well balanced. Nice sessionable, unique pale.
