Bottle from my PNW hook-up Chris - thanks! This might be the perfect Thanksgiving beer. Dark amber pour with a slight white head. Pumpkin squash and that classic Cascade sour nose. Not much pumpkin in the taste, but a nice complex rum sour thing that is really yummy. Better as it warms up. This will go well with some pumpkin pie! If only it could be served from a tap sticking out of a carved pumpkin...

Brownish colored pour, creamy tan head. Too much going on in this one. Tons of toffee notes, sour notes, vinegar, oak, spice, roasted pumpkin, bready. One of the more sour notes Ive had from them.

Bottle from Daniel. Aroma and flavor is as described on other ratings. This may be the most acidic, vinegar sour I've ever had. Made my reflux go insane. I've experienced this with Cascade sours before, but nothing like this.

750, corked and baled. Thanks j! Pours a hazy dark brown with golden edges. Dense creamy tan head. Big sweet molasses and rum on the nose, showing tart balsamic and spicy barrel. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Sweet rum and oak on the mid palate with soft brown sugar and balsamic, very faint pumpkin notes. Long sweet finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Well I did end up getting pumpkin smashed, so points for truthiness. On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown color with a large off-white head. A light sour big rum barrel nose. The initial flavor was sour zesty lacto, cherries and wood. The dominant flavor though might be super sweet hot rum barrels. But the true winner here is big roasted pumpkins, spices, vanilla, very natural. Damn nice crazy brew.

Pours an ugly brownish color with a minimal head. The rum barrel came through really nicely on this one. One component I really enjoy is how the beer is not overly sour like most Cascade beers and somehow the sourness worked very well with the earthy pumpkin flavors. The spices were subtle and well done. One of the more interesting Pumpkin beers Iíve had.
