COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A NW style sour old ale aged in rum barrels for 10 months, then aged on black mission figs for seven hours.

Draught at Cascade Brewing Barrel House. Tapped an hour before I got there. Sour candy, fruit tart, and cream cheese in the nose. Cloudy black tea color, completely flat. Big fruit tartness in the initial: raisins, figs, and some cinnamon; mid palate is sour green apples; finish morphs into straight, strong cidery tartness. Thin-medium body. Great sour/sweet changes throughout. Clean, fresh-feeling stuff
