Nose has light rye whiskey notes on top of acidic lemon notes and lacto sourness. Pours hazy golden orange, not much in the way of head or lace. The flavor starts with acidic tart notes of lemon and lactic sourness followed by light hints of rye whiskey, wood barrel dry notes in the finish. Lingering clean tartness cleanses the palate.
