Tap. Golden with creamy head and lacing. Smells fresh and candied sour apple. Taste isn’t as strong as aroma- lightly sweet, a bit sour, then lightly dry. Lively and fresh with light dry finish.

Draught at the Barrel House. Brilliant gold, a bit cloudy, with a fine head. Malty, spicy, creamy nose. Wheaty and estery with stewed fruit and grass. Very estery flavor, bread, cream, peaches. Nicely bitter finish. Full, creamy mouth. Rather sweet and cakey, and too estery. Decent, but not great.
