Draft at special brews. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a dense and creamy tannish head. Big tangy orange fruity campfire nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Oranges, campfire, toffee, and caramel on the mid palate. Beautiful.

Saison fume. On tap at the barrel room... Pours similar to he maison, crystal clear and topped with a vivid but thin frothy white head...
Grassier than the house saison with a less distinct yeast influence...
Flavors are much of the same with more of a spicy grassy hop influence.ivhter bodied and drinkable. Better than the house.

draft at elliott bay pizza mill creek. lemon, hibiscus and cranberry nose, reminds me of the autumn gose I believe. little smoked salt. bright gold, sunny. more lemon and cranberry on the sip, gently herbal, full bodied and great subtle complex yeast character

Draft at the barrel house. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma of subtle smoke. Taste is hops!! with a smoke edge. Nice.

Amber and crystal clear with a great, healthy and long head. Lightly meaty nose with bready yeastiness very moreish and mouthwatering. Big burnished barley flavours give way to a lightly spiced yeasty body and a tongue numbing clove of a Finish. Yeah I like this, the smoke is very present but not overbearing, it’s totally Belgian in every other respect.

On tap at the Cascade Barrel House. Pours cloudy blonde with a nice white head and a banana aroma. There is a thick citrus and banana flavor with a slight amount of smoke that leaves a tingling sensation on the palate.

draft. wort and spent grain cereal grape nuts nose with lightly fruity esters. mildly sweet with increasing bitterness and harshness across middle and back. grainy, husky, herbaceous and bitter. little to no smoke character.
