Draft at elliott bay pizza. Pours a cloudy light amber with a scant white head. Mild lemony nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Mix of lemon and balsamic on the mid palate with a little bit of dark wit spice in there. Mild lemony finish. Interesting and nicely refreshing.
