A: Poured a copper color with good carbonation, nice dirty white cap, little lacing S: Sour funk with light hints of smoke and peat T: Peat, caramel and some smoke infused with a sour funk, but its a light funk not a lacto type lockjaw sourness. M: Medium bodied, well carbonated some funk and smokey caramel remains O: Pretty good, worth a try

Draft at elliott bay pizza. Pours a hazy dark brown with golden amber edges. Loose tan head. Light stringy lace. Big tangy balsamic and strawberry nose. A little smoky peat sneaking around in there but not much. Creamy medium body with mild carb. Lots of tangy balsamic and wood on the mid palate, with that smoky peat sneaking in at the end again. Good one. Much more of a sour than a soured base beer, but no less a pleasure to drink for that.
