On tap at the Racoon Lodge location. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A nice fruity nose with pils malts. The flavor is essentially light sweet hops, some smooth biscuit malt. Toast. Very solid, easygoing.

On tap at the brewery’s Raccoon Lodge. Pours orange yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus and floral. Light body. Easy drinking and delicious.

On tap @ Noble Fir. Pours cloudy pale golden. Nose is strong floral aroma with a hint of hops. Taste is tart, crisp, and oaky with biscuit malt flavor. Finish is hoppy, tart, and sour. Not bad. These guys have obviously mastered sours so cool to see them take on traditional styles.

Pours golden with a finger of white head. Smell is pine and citrus, melon and grapefruit. Taste is soft citrus and lighter fruit, almost banana. Very good.

Draft at elliott bay pizza. Pours a cloudy bright orange golden amber. Dense creamy white head that goes away, leaving plenty of lace. Mild bready nose. Creamy medium body with a very mild caramel mid palate and a sweetish blood orange finish. Needs some aromatics but great flavor profile.

hazed gold. light pungent but soapy hop aromatics with sweet honey-accented malt, but has a creamed corn note that’s hard to shake. wet texture, rounded, syrupy body. medium bitterness doesn’t balance the strong sweetness from unfermentables. onion and garlic hop flavors are also unpleasant.
