3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of burned plastic, fruity strawberry, funk. Sour flavour, funk, strawberry, rubber, burning plastic. Finish plastic, strawberry, quite fruity. 2013 project. Promising beer, too bad of the burned plastic notes.
(from 75cL bottle @ ZZT XI. Thanks for sharing today’s beers, Oirschot crew!)

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle @ ZZT XI. Hazy orange color, medium sized fizzy white head that disappears almost instantly. Initially the aroma leans towards burning rubber, but when that subsides a lovely soft strawberry aroma is what’s left. Taste is very good as well: soft strawberry, softly sour, other red fruits. Very subtle and very good. Lovely fruit beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle pour. Thanks D for sharing! Pours an apple juice color with an incredible fresh strawberry aroma. Serious pucker up on this one. Flavor is 10% sweet and 90% sour. I love this much more than I love strawberries. Incredible sour. Loved it.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, shared with Parksy and JJ at Stumbling Monk in Seattle. Hazy bright orange pour, lively white head. Aroma is tart berries and yoghurt. Unripened berry tartness, strawberry sweetness, tart/modestly sour acidic finish. Not over the top with sourness (even Parksy liked this one), and not unbearably sweet with the strawberries (as so many strawberry beers can be). Another great brew from Cascade.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml c&c bottle via online. Poured a slightly hazed deep orange/amber body with a smaller foamy off white head. Aroma is odd, plasticy, odd strawberry, some odd model plastic bubble stuff that I used to blow baloons up with when I was a kid. Palate is medium overall, average to slightly stronger carbonation and a strong aftertaste. Flavor is better than the aroma, sourness, lemons, acidity, touch of strawberry along with a hint of vinegar.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the January 2014 3R6P tasting +++ Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a red-pink color with a medium sized foamy pink head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was strawberry jam, a bit of must and a hint of a medicinal presence. The flavor was tart and sour with strawberry, artificial sugar, must and some astringency. Long sour strawberry finish. Medium body. Interesting.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber color with a moderate off-white head on there. Nose has a lot of strawberry to it, as well has a hefty amount of sour and funk coming through. Taste is also pretty sour, though it has a residual fruity sweetness to it.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
From notes. Tasted on 6/26/13 on draft at the brewpub with Chris after Oregon Pinot Camp. Pours hazy pink-hued orange with a thick white head that leaves thick, sticky lace. The nose is fresh, tart wild strawberry, a touch candied, with lively tartness. The flavor is aggressively sour with the candied strawberry up front, moving to more tart wild strawberry on the back. The body is medium, very tannic, with average carbonation and a long tart strawberry finish. The flavors are simple but delicious, but the look and texture of this beer are top notch.
